Rabbi Robyn Frisch has been the spiritual leader of Temple Menorah Keneseth Chai since May 2008. Rabbi Frisch also serves as the Rabbinic Family Educator for the Perelman Jewish Day School. In recent years, Rabbi Frisch has enjoyed teaching Jews of all ages in a variety of settings, with a special focus on adult education classes at numerous synagogues and Jewish institutions. In addition to teaching in the Florence Melton Adult Mini School at Gratz College, she teaches a weekly class that she has created for parents of young children called Me and My Mishpacha. She is also a facilitator of a Rosh Hodesh: It's a Girl Thing! group
Rabbi Frisch is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the New York University School of Law. After working as a lawyer in Philadelphia for a few years, she returned to New York to attend the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion, where she received a master's degree and was ordained as a rabbi in 2000. From 2001 to 2003 Rabbi Frisch was the Assistant Rabbi at Congregation Beth Or in Spring House, PA and from 2005-2007 she served as Rabbi Educator at Congregation Rodeph Shalom in Philadelphia and Elkins Park, PA.
